This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between you (the “Customer”) and JBM Solutions OÜ (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “Beautyexpress.ee”), the operator of the online beauty department store BeautyExpress.ee. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website.
All orders placed on BeautySale.ee are processed and shipped from our Latvian warehouse.
We use Omniva Post Lockers for the delivery of our products to customers. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to have the products delivered via Omniva’s locker service, which allows for easy and secure pickup from designated Omniva parcel lockers.
3. Payment Methods
We offer several payment options to ensure a smooth and secure checkout process:
Bank links (via common Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian banks)
Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards
ESTO Payment Plan: We offer the option for customers to pay in 3 interest-free installments with no extra cost.
Payment processing is handled through ESTO, a third-party payment provider that ensures secure transactions. By using our services, you authorize ESTO to process your payments.
4. Pricing and Taxes
All prices on BeautySale.ee are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. The final price of your order will be confirmed at checkout.
5. Order Confirmation and Shipping
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
Orders will be shipped within the specified processing time (usually within 2-7 business days) from the moment the order is confirmed. Delivery times depend on your location and the availability of the chosen Omniva locker for delivery.
6. Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
You may return most unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in resalable condition. BeautySale.ee reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
7. Customer Responsibility
As the Customer, you are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including correct shipping addresses and payment details.
Ensuring that you are able to receive the order from the Omniva locker or any other designated delivery point.
Checking the contents of your order upon receipt and notifying us of any discrepancies or damages within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
BeautySale.ee and JBM Solutions OÜ will not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by third-party providers, including Omniva or payment processors like ESTO. We are also not liable for any damages or losses that arise due to incorrect information provided by the Customer.
BeautySale.ee makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability on our website. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any mistakes without prior notice. In case of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer you the option to confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel it.

10. Amendments to this Agreement

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the relevant court in Estonia.
